Congratulations to American chef Mathew Peters of the triple star restaurant Per Se in New York as winner of the Bocuse d'Or 2017! For the first time, the United States won the first prize for the 30th anniversary of this chef world championship in Lyon.
For more than 5hours 30, the 24 selected chefs had to make two different dishes. Mathew Peters won thanks to his interpretation of the "poularde de Bresse with crayfish", and his vegetable plate. Congratulations to the USA Team #TeamUSA #Bocusedor2017 !
