How to Export to the U.S.

We advise companies based in France that wish to export their products to the United States to contact Business France, a French public body for the promotion of French products abroad. 

To be allowed to sell their products in the United States, food sector companies must register with the US Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and perform for each consignment of goods a prior notice declaration. This rule applies to all companies that manufacture, package and / or store products for human consumption (including alcoholic beverages) and animal consumption. For more information, please see the FDA website.
