USDA TO DISCONTINUE THE TRADE LEADS AND BUYER ALERTS
The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Foreign Agricultural Service is discontinuing the Trade Leads and Buyer Alerts services effective January 1, 2006.
U.S. suppliers who want to inform foreign buyers about their products will be directed to Regional Trade Groups (SRTGs) for assistance. The SRTGs, which are FAS program participants offer customized export assistance on a wide variety of export-related topics. Also if you are searching for a U.S. product, in addition to the FAS U.S. Suppliers list, these FAS partners offer product supplier databases and directories. Please contact individual firms or organizations to verify if the companies are exporting and not selling exclusively in the United States.
